Prices
Prices for our products are in DKK or EUR incl. VAT
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Payment
Fjoerd BV. receives payment with MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dankort/ VISA, Mastercard and Visa Electron. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped
Fjoerd BV. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.
Delivery
All our packages are delivered with external delivery service providers. All packages can be tracked with TRACK & TRACE until arrived at destination.
If a package is lost during transport a new identical order will be shipped free of charge if it can be documented that the package has not been delivered by the courier in charge
Warranty
FJÖRÐ offer a 30 day return policy if the product is safely returned to us in unopened condition and is suitable for resale.
Our CBD oil products are exempt from the right of withdrawal for health and safety reasons because we want to protect other people from receiving a product that may have been affected, tampered with or manipulated by another human being and thus exposing others to a health risk. For this reason, we do not agree to return CBD oils unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with us.
If you want to return a product to us, you should start by contacting customer service so they can set up a case on it. Only when this has happened can you return the product to us. You must always contact us within 30 days of receiving the product from us.
Privacy
To be able to shop at www.Fjoerd.com, you must at least provide your name, delivery address, e-mail and telephone number. We require this information to fulfil your order. We may use your email address to contact you with future offers that might interest you
